01. The order

How can I place an order?

A1: You can place an order through our website, by calling us at +974 60003013, or by visiting our store in Ain Khaled, Teeba Street, Doha, Qatar.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 30 minutes of placement by contacting us. After that, changes may not be possible if the order is already processed.

02. Shipment and Delivery

What are your delivery options and fees?

  • Same-day delivery: 20 QAR (Orders placed from 9 AM – 8 PM)
  • Express delivery (1-2 hours): 40 QAR
  • Scheduled/Next-day delivery: Free

Do you deliver outside of Doha?

Yes, we deliver across Qatar with the same charges mentioned above. However, delivery times may vary for locations outside Doha.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery, credit/debit cards, and online payments via our website.

How will I know if my order has been confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details once your order is successfully placed.

04. Returns, exchanges and complaints

Can I get a refund for my purchase?
Yes! We offer a full refund within 3 days of purchase, provided the item meets our return conditions.
Can I exchange an item if I change my mind?
Yes, you can exchange an item within 7 days of purchase, as long as it is in its original condition with all tags attached and the receipt is provided.
What are the general conditions for returns and exchanges?
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must:
  • Be in its original and resalable condition
  • Have all tags attached and packaging intact
  • Be accompanied by a valid receipt
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
Can I return or exchange items bought during a sale or promotion?
Items purchased at reduced prices during sales or promotions can be exchanged within 3 days, but they are not eligible for a refund, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
What is the policy for items purchased during school events?
Items purchased during school events can only be refunded or exchanged on the same day of purchase or by 9:00 AM the following day.
Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?
Yes, for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless they have a manufacturing defect:
  • Swimwear
  • Wigs & hair accessories
  • Makeup & face masks
How do I request a refund or exchange?
Visit our store with the item and receipt, or contact us via phone or email. Refunds and exchanges are processed in-store.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.
